Sawait has extensive experience in financial advisory services, including valuations, acquisitions and divestitures , financial modeling, and debt restructurings in various industries throughout his work experience in corporate finance area, in particular during his 15-year tenure with PwC Thailand (Valuation), KPMG Thailand (Corporate Finance) and KPMG Hong Kong (Corporate Finance).

His valuation experience includes share valuation, business valuation as well as valuation for financial reporting requirements, i.e. Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) or intangible asset valuation and impairment test.

For acquisition and divestitures, he assisted both local and international clients for buy side and sell side M&A ranging from deal origination, target identification & approach, preparation of  marketing documentation, pricing analysis, bidding preparation & evaluation, due diligence coordination, negotiation assistance, until the closing of the transaction.

His experience covers a wide range of industries, including food & beverages, consumer products, apparel & textiles, automotive, diversified industrial, electronics & equipments, financial services, leasing, securities and brokerage, media & marketing, hotel & leisure, printing & publishing, transportation & logistics, chemicals, electricity, water, oil and gas.

Sawait received Master of Science (Finance) from Georgia State University, USA.  He also holds Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Thammasat University.  In addition he is a Certified Financial Advisor from Thai Securities and Exchange Commission.
